नव बर्ष २०१० भव्यताकासाथ मनाउदै NSA लाई पनि नयाँ रुप दिने उद्देश्यले एउटा कार्यक्रम आयोजना गर्ने कि भन्ने कुरा हामी सबैलाई अबगत नै छ। त्यसको बारेमा हाम्रो ब्लगलाई कुराकानीको थलो बनाए कस्तो होला? ल आउनुहोस् छलफल गरौ !

Effects of Phthalate Exposure on Boys

ScienceDaily (Nov. 16, 2009) — A study of 145 preschool children reports, for the first time, that when the concentrations of two common phthalates in mothers’ prenatal urine are elevated their sons are less likely to play with male-typical toys and games, such as trucks and play fighting.

Santa was in the hospital, near death, so the family sent his friend Banta to see him. As Banta singh stood beside the bed, Santa’s frail condition grew worse, and he motioned frantically for something to write on. Banta singh lovingly handed him a pen and piece of paper, and Santa used his last ounce of strength to scribble a note. Then he died.

Banta thought it best not to look at the note just then, so he slipped it into his jacket pocket. Several days later, at the funeral, Banta was visting Santa’s family. He realized that he was wearing the same jacket that he’d worn the day Santa died. “You know,” he said, “Santa handed me a note just before he died. I haven’t read it, but knowing Santa, I’m sure there’s a word of inspiration there for us all.”

He unfolded the note and read aloud, “You’re standing on my oxygen tube!”

Mrs. Banta was in the habit of having long conversation on the telephone, sometimes going on over an hour. One day she hung up after 25 minutes.”What is the matter today? asked her husband. “Today you had less than half an hour conversation on the phone.” “I got a wrong number,” replied Mrs. Banta.

Banta was going to London from Mumbai by a air-india plane. He was alloted the middle seat of one of the 3-seats array. But as soon as he got into the plane, he sat on the window side seat which was actually for an old lady. After some time the old lady came in and requested him to leave the window seat. But Banta said: “I want to see the view from the window and shall not leave”.  The old lady then complained to the air hostess . The air hostess came and requested him to leave that seat. But Banta was adament and did not leave. Then the air hostess went and told the asst capt. He also came and requested, but in vain.

Finally the Captain came to the spot. He whispered something in Banta’s ear, and Banta immedietly left the side seat and returned to the middle seat. Astonished, the airhostess and the asst. capt. asked the capt afterwards what he told to that stubborn guy. Capt. said “nothing- I just told him that only the middle seats will go to London.  All others will go to England.”

मकवानपुरको बुदुनेमा सम्पन्न शिल्यानास कार्यक्रममा उपप्रधान एंव परराष्ट्रमन्त्री सुजाता कोइराला, अर्थमन्त्री सुरेन्द्र पाण्डे लगायत विभिन्न मन्त्रीहरु तथा प्रधानसेनापति छत्रमानसिंह गुरुङको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो ।  काठमाडौंदेखि बाराको निजगढ सम्मको ७६ किलोमिटर उक्त सडकको ट्रयाक खोल्ने जिम्मा सरकारले सेनालाई दिएको छ । सडक निर्माणका लागि सेनाले मकवानपुरको बुदुने र ललितपुरको बगुवामा क्याम्प स्थापना गरिसकेको तथा थप चार स्थानमा क्याम्प राख्ने योजना रहेको सैनिक जनसम्पर्क निर्देशनालयले जनाएको छ

मिठो मसिनो खानपान बुढालाई
सिरक बाक्लो बूढालाई
डसना चाक्लो बूढालाई
पेन्सनपट्टा बूढालाई
मिश्रीको बट्टा बूढालार्इर्र्कपाल फुलेकै भरमा वरिष्ठ नाम बूढालाई
कामै नगरी सरकारी दाम बूढालाई
जहाँ पनि अगिल्लो स्थान बूढालाई
चैतमा पनि तातोपानीको स्नान बूढालाई
खिर बूढालाई गुँद बूढालाई
बाक्लो तर् भाको दूध बूढालाई,
चाँदीको बिँड भाको लौरो बूढालाई
मखमलको तातो दौरो बूढालाई
ए बा !

त्यही भएर मलाई पनि बूढो हुन मन लाग्यो ।

बिचार गर्नु त बा !
ऊ भन्दै गयो-
ढकमक्क फुलेको टाउको लिएर बाहिर निस्कँदा
यसले पनि ‘नमस्ते’ गथ्र्यो होला
उसले पनि र्’दर्शन्’ भन्थ्यो होला
‘हजुरवा सन्चै ?’ -सोध्थे होलान् छिमेकीहरूले
‘ खाना खानुभो हजुरबा -’- भन्थे होलान् युवकहरूले
‘बुबा यता बस्नोस् न’
- बसमा सिट छाड्थे होलान् युवतीहरूले
‘कस्तो दुव्लाउनुभाको ठूलोबा’
- मुसार्थे होला भतिजाभतिजीले
‘ल हेर खोकेको !
मह चटाउँथी होला बुहारीले
‘अमेरिका घुम्न कहिले आउने बुबा -’
छोरीको फोन आउँथ्यो होला
‘पहिला जापान आइस्यो’
छोराले ढिप्पी गथ्र्यो होला
बुढीले पनि शंका गर्दिनथी होला
बेलाबेलै बाझेर माइत झर्दिनथी होली
खाइन्थ्यो होला हलुवा, जूस र स्याऊ
के छोइन्थ्यो होला र नाथे दाल भात झ्याऊ ।

लौ न बा, मलाई छिट्टै बूढो हुन मन लाग्यो ।
